Gaetano "Guy" Testini is an associate attorney in the Scottsdale office of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP where he practices on the Workers' Compensation Team. Originally from New York, Mr. Testini moved to Arizona in the 1980’s and obtained his Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University. He obtained his Law Degree from Gonzaga School of Law in 2000. Immediately after graduation, Mr. Testini began working with Arizona’s largest workers’ compensation applicant firm. Mr. Testini currently leads the Arizona worker’s compensation defense team in the Firm’s Scottsdale office. Mr. Testini has handled virtually every type of worker’s compensation claim and frequently lectures on worker’s compensation topics and trends.

In 2001, Mr. Testini was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors with Los Abogados, and through the years he has served as Golf Chairman, Endowment and Scholarship Chairmen, Newsletter Editor and Vice- President. Mr. Testini is also honored to be serving in his second term as President of Los Abogados.

Mr. Testini has also served on various State Bar committees, including CLE and Appointments. He is currently the Chair of the Committee on Minorities and Women in the Law and served as a member of the Rule 8.4 Task Force. He is a 2011 graduate of the Arizona Bar Leadership Institute. In 2012 Mr. Testini was awarded an ABA Bar Leadership Institute Scholarship. In 2013 Mr. Testini was awarded a National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) Diversity Scholarship. Mr. Testini has served as a member of the Gonzaga School of Law Dean’s advisory committee for nine years, including four as a member of the Executive Committee, and currently serves in an emeritus status.

He is currently the President of the Integrated Medical Service Health Foundation Board of Directors and is a legal advisor to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Mr. Testini is also the Assistant Den Leader of the Webelos Gator Patrol of Cub Scouts Pack 64.
